		<description>I agree Kimberly, and as you say virtual assistants perhaps offer the best resources for companies needing extra eyes and ears. They can be located anywhere and with the way the Web can boost or destroy a brand in equal measures, it&#039;s something that needs to be looked at more seriously.</description>

For small businesses and solo entrepreneurs, this is something that many Virtual Assistants will offer as a service...online reputation management. Not only can they monitor your reputation but it&#039;s a good idea to monitor the competition or those who are successful in your industry for tips on things they are doing that might be of use to you. 

It&#039;s a good idea for anyone or company who is going to enter to the social media foray to also be monitoring one&#039;s reputation. The whole world is now available to listen, so it would foolish to not be &quot;hearing&quot; what they are saying.</description>
