Thanks as well for the Tweetdeck tip.

I look forward to how the tools integrate. Then what, real social marketing. Can't wait.

Hi Scott, thanks - glad you're enjoying the site.

I think as more networks fight for real estate online, the ones that offer full integration will be the ones that really benefit. Look at Facebook and its newer Connect option, or Tweetdeck with the Facebook update option, or Ping.fm with its multi-site updates.

No-one likes having to put extra time into scouring numerous sites for info, so I can see the likes of Social Mention and other integrated options being the preferred source of info.

This is a useful tool. I have been using FriendFeed, but have yet to really discover all the hype. This tool has a nice interface and is pretty accurate when I tested it with some items that I generate. Thanks for sharing it.

Looking ahead, is this where social tools are headed? Integration appears to the be the phase of development.

Thank you, Danny!

Awesome reminder!

Interestingly enough, I printed this a couple of days ago as soon as I read it! I was somewhat relieved to know that what is working for me is limiting my social networks to just a few. It doesn't mean of course that I have not set up an account with each one out there. :~)What swayed me initially to curtail was/is the daunting task of remembering Usernames and Passwords. :~)

Ultimately, one must create their own "flow."

Thank you for always giving and sharing, Danny!

Thanks Henie.

It can be overwhelming at times, and there can be confusing messages coming from all directions.

I recently wrote a post about tailoring social media for your use - there might be some things in there that you find useful?

Thank you for yet another very useful tool!

Being relatively new to all of this, how does one prevent from becoming overwhelmed? How does one begin to cultivate a personal brand without getting deluged by self-proclaimed experts?

Thanks again, Danny! I always enjoy what you share...it widens my choices! :~)
