it's pretty simple. giving feels as good or better than getting. and there are many many ways to do it. offline, online, through sharing, supporting, encouraging, writing a check or sometimes just listening and empathasizing.

I read your post twice this morning, Danny. The last couple of days have been a struggle for me and I haven't quite pinned that down yet but these words in particular struck a note with me: “It’s never giving up, because you’re thankful for the lessons learned even when failing. It’s acknowledging your weaknesses; your frailties; your mortality, and loving yourself for it. It’s about recognizing the same faults in others yet loving them for it as well.”
