Bedside Manners

The best doctors are successful because they have immaculate bedside manners. Some of the traits of great bedside manners include:

  • Being a good listener.
  • Using easy-to-understand terminology.
  • Caring about their patient’s concerns.
  • Being non-judgmental.
  • Respectful of their patient’s time.

These traits are second nature to good doctors. Maybe more business owners should go to medical school.

Ah sure, further proof that y'all have better medical care up there lol. I don't know any doctors that actually have all these traits, and I unfortunately know a lot of doctors. So I don't have any I can point to and say that's customer service done right. The only docs I think might meet this criteria are non traditional. Like my chiropractor has great customer service, but go to a primary care physician and you might as well be a cog in a factory. I wish Canada and Mexico would just switch places and I would move to Canada in a heart beat. I just hate the damn cold.
