Danny, wouldn't it be a good idea to add at least one link to each of these pages so that those who are interested can visit there directly? While 12for12k is easy to find in search engines some may not take the time or could possibly not find it quickly enough.
The link under the video (where it says "vis 12for12k") takes you to the original post where it was referenced from. I think this is the way that Posterous handles cross-posting.
