It shows you a chart of the best times (for each day of the week) to send out tweets (based on your usage so far). I use that data to ensure my tweets will get the best exposure, as well as to ensure I'm reaching people in far time zones when I may be inactive (sleeping or doing other things). So far, it's definitely been helping in terms of traffic to the Su.pr links.
