Learning from Noah
Most folks know the story of Noah. How God warned him about an upcoming flood that would last for 40 days and 40 nights. To preserve nature, Noah took two of every animal onto his Ark in readiness for breeding once the storm had passed.
However, you could also look at it another way. If a cow died, Noah would still have had one cow left for beef and milk. He and his family wouldn’t starve, and they could come back to land and start afresh.
Moral of the story? Always have a back-up plan.

Especially where milk is concerned
Was Noah in the early stages of hoarding… hmm : ) either way great point and nicely made DB
Maybe it was Noah who invented cheese!
Does seem that his name shares so many letters with “hoarding”, Rajesh. Hmmm…
Is there a sequel to his story….
Hahaha. I love it.
great lesson here, always have a back up plan, I wonder though, what was the back up plan if the ark were to spring a leak?
The back up plan would be and the song goes.. “the animals went overboard by two by two…”I really think we are detracting from DBs main point though.. : )
Are we? A back up plan is always a good idea, but it is not always possible to foresee all the possibilities- rendering it impossible to have a back up plan for everything- sometimes you have to proceed on faith and instincts alone
I was thinking of my song Amelia..
lol- gotcha
: )
You’ll have to pardon me today- I woke up on the serious side of the bed today, drinking my second gallon of coffee though, so things are getting lighter
no problem Amelia
