Why You Should Hire Matt Cheuvront
I’d like to ask a favour, if I may – I’d like to tell you why you should hire Matt Cheuvront. Particularly if you have any web design, social media or consulting skill-set requirements at the minute.
Here are just a few reasons – trust me, there are many more.
- He’s one of the best Community Managers you’ll ever have. I’m fortunate in that I see great community folks at work every day. People like David Spinks and Amber Naslund – two folks that really get the value of brand community. Add Matt Cheuvront to that list. His interaction with those he’s connected to is second-to-none; his conversation driving is awesome; his awareness skills are excellent. Simply put, looking for someone to help you nurture your brand community? Matt’s your guy.
- His web design skills are clean, clear and open to your suggestions. When I was looking at redesigning my blog, he was a great resource with some amazing ideas. If it wasn’t for a theme choice, I’m sure I would have gone ahead with Matt. Looking at his work, he offers great designs without feeling the need to rip you off. Want a cool website? Check out Matt.
- He has Gen Y thoughts with an older marketing head. Matt offers the best of both worlds – Gen Y “can do” attitude with some truly leading ideas for marketing and social media that normally years of experience builds up. He doesn’t go with the flow – he initiates a lot of it. Why not let him initiate some of that cool stuff for you?
- He’s available. NOW. Matt’s just lost his job. He’s a free agent. He’s available now. Social media moves fast; you need to grab the talent while you can. So why not give him a shout?
Add to that list blog consulting and Internet marketing, and it’s pretty clear to see why you should hire Matt Cheuvront. Today.
So… that’s my favour. If you feel I’ve ever given you value over the past year and a bit on this blog, finding Matt a job would be a great way to say thanks. Now… what you waiting for? Hit him up (or if someone you know is looking, point them Matt’s way).
- Quick disclaimer. No, this isn’t a paid job ad by Matt. No, I’m not married to his cousin. Yes, I would hire him in an instant if I had current needs. No, Superman is not cooler than Batman. And yes, Matt is the one in the tie. Thanks!

And thanks for the shout out Danny (= Although Amber is much better than me!
But yea, Matt is a hard worker and clearly has a knack for building community. If you have a job opening, this is a great opp for you to bring in some real talent.

Hey Danny,
I couldn’t agree more. I’ve been an avid supporter of Matt’s effort and when I interviewed him for my podcast series it was clear that he was amazing at building community and driving conversations. I learne so much in that one hour conversation with him and have already seen huge rewards from being part of his network.
@Matt: something tells me that you’ll see quite a few people helping you out
.Matt Cheuvront is cooler than Superman and Batman.
Actually, the word on the street is that Chevy is Superman AND Batman.
He’s just that good.

He’ll be hired and very soon! He’s no Audi Hack!
Cheers to you Matt. You’ll get your due.

Matt’s going to land on his feet and far better off after this experience. Especially with friends like you helping him out. I love seeing you do this for him. Class act.
.-= Andrew Weaver´s most recent blog post …Foto Finish Friday =-.First of all, it goes without saying, but thank you SO much Danny. Selfless and kind are two of the first things that come to mind. This is extremely humbling for me my friend.
Social Media is, or at least should be about bringing people together – and I think what I’ve seen more and more is almost the reverse of that – sort of a competitive “me” attitude that is really defeating the purpose. People like you, and I like to think myself, are all about bringing everyone together and providing a platform for collaboration and conversation.
A lot of douches get ahead – makes me think that by being the nice guy I’m going to inevitably finish last – but I know that’s not the case and there is a world of opportunity out there for me. I’ll enjoy the brief vacation but look forward to getting back into the work force in a position that I love.
Cheers my friend – and thank you SO much again. Can’t say that enough.

Glowing endorsement which speaks volumes about the quality of the person not just the work. Matt, if Milwaukee, WI and healthcare are an option. I’ve got an open gig for a digital communications advisor.
Hi Jamey – I would definitely be interested in chatting – with a wedding coming soon, relocation for the time being is somewhat out of the question, but I’d be interested in learning more about the position, and if there are any opportunities to work terminally.
Feel free to shoot me an email – mncheuvront (at) gmail – thanks!
I love your post! Good luck to Matt! Social Media is here to help us out and break the rules!

Matt;
You are very fortunate, as am I, to have a friend in Danny Brown!
I don’t have a requirement for hiring – though I might be in the market evenetually for some contract services. At the very least I’ll RT this out on Twitter to give it some more legs!
Cheers guys – all the best and Good Fortune!
