Thesis is awesome, love how Chris pretty much always waits until his product is ready to ship, as opposed to countless updates from other developers.

I’ve actually stopped using Headway now (apart from a couple of sites) and either use custom themes (such as this one) or Genesis and child themes – very clean, very well supported (from a developer angle).

I’ll be doing a comparison of some of the big themes soon over at our blogger resource centre:

Great write up Danny. Admittedly, I need to invest some serious time into Headway – I have tooled around with it and do agree it’s probably the most user-friendly interface out there with the live editor and drag-and-drop interface, but as we’ve discussed, I’m a big proponent of Thesis (if for no other reason that I know it like the back of my hand). One of these days I am going to give Headway the real opportunity it deserves – and I’ll no doubt come to you with questions. Have a great week!

Thanks fella. No skins – I built it using the current version of Headway (1.6.6) with some custom CSS and Photoshop

Yes, Danny – I’m building a couple of websites with it now. It’s amazing! The visual editor is much faster and I need even less custom css.
