Ah Danny, I love your sexy accent! As an Englishman to a Scotsman, I salute you sir ;-)

Regarding organisation, I prefer a minimalist approach. I only have whatever I need, otherwise it goes.

I have this feeling of being overwhelmed, sometimes even drowned when it comes to 'stuff'. If there's too much, then I must get rid.

Having said that, there's a lot of programs which can really help your effectiveness, and I applaud them.

Really, what can't Google do these days? ;-)

Cheers, sir, and a compliment from a Sassenach I'll take any day. ;-)

Completely agree on the minimalism, and if I can find one or two tools that do everything I need and more, that's golden.

Which, it would seem, Google is doing more and more of each day...

Cheers!

Hello Danny,

Being that I'm employed full-time and have a very active family life (3 kids: 7, 5, 2) - organization is key in order for me to be efficiently productive.

I swear by google apps such as docs and all of it's great capabilities. But I tell you Danny, I wasn't familiar with any of the other applications that you shared. I think I can make use of Huddle in the very near future.

Thank you for tool tips Danny.

Thanks again for the great resources. I'm checking out all of your recommendations and can hopefully utilize them to better organize my work-day.

Danny, thanks for taking the time to answer my question. I'm sure many others will also benefit from this video. :)

I loved the fact that you pronounced my last name perfectly. You can imagine that most people butcher it, and I'm impressed that you didn't.

Your the best Danny, thanks again !!

Lol, 'Sassenach', I need to meet more Jocks ;-)

Thanks for the e-mail subscription btw, much appreciated :-)

Hey there Jk,

Wow, and I thought I had my hands full with my animal menagerie, but now I feel lazy :)

Glad the others seem useful, mate, and Huddle just keeps getting better and better.

Cheers, fella, appreciate you dropping by. :)

Cheers, Craig, hope they're of use to you.

Hi Danny, totally agree on Google Docs, calendar and Hootsuite. I hadn't heard of tungle before but it sounds pretty good and worth checking out.

I recently wrote a post on 3 of Google's hidden gems for small business owners which included Docs and Calendar and also Picnik - the photo editing site.

Hey there Jamie,

Yeah, Tungle's been a godsend for me, really makes it easier to get people together because you know exactly when each other is free.

I LOVE Picnik - never realized it was a Google product, go figure.

Cheers, mate. :)

Hey there John,

No worries, mate, and thank you for the question to start with.

And I'm SOOOO glad I didn't maul your name - I was a little worried I was pronouncing it incorrectly and insulting your grandmother into the bargain! ;-)

Cheers, sir, and have a great week.

Awesome, I've added a new tool to my todo list thanks to this - Huddle. The other three tools are pillars of my organization as well as a few others :)

Hope all is well up north Mr. Brown.

Joe

Huddle's awesome mate - it has a free version for you to try if needed, and the Pro tools are very cool. Definitely worth it for multiple team projects.

Yeah, I see after the 14 days it's $150/mo minimum which is a bit of a burier for entry. I will probably stick to the free tools until a stronger need arises. :)

Enjoy your day,

Joe
