For all its plus points, social media is still a vastly misunderstood medium, particularly by businesses. The story of Bob is a prime example (not real name). As social media continues to connect millions of people worldwide, too many businesses are still missing out. Whether it’s by using social media ineffectively, or not having a social media presence at all, there are a lot of potential customers being missed in this medium. Why is this, though?
